A typical office lady's one-day trip with all her vacation days gone. We went on Friday (night) and returned on Sunday, but we wanted to visit the Ang Thong Islands. Seriously!!! 🏝️
This trip stemmed from a VC card at the Aeon lounge, with one remaining voucher and over 2,000 Trip Coins
worth of money, so I had to find something to use.
Then, suddenly, the Ang Thong Islands popped into my head. Why wait? Let's book it!!!
From Bangkok, we flew directly to Koh Samui. Let's go! Because my vacation days were used up! 😂
Use Trip Coins to get a discount, from 5,xxx THB to just 3,xxx THB.
Amazing value!! Meanwhile, I kept posting reviews on Trip Moments, which earned me more coins. I used those coins to get a discount on a transfer from the airport to my accommodation, which went from 3xx THB to 2xx THB. Even better value!! Awesome!!
And the tour that will take you to the Ang Thong Islands This time, we bought it from TNS Holiday
for 950 baht (with kayak included, it's 1,200 baht). I didn't paddle 😂 I couldn't imagine the heat. This 950 baht price
includes a pick-up and drop-off service from your accommodation, breakfast, and lunch.
But throughout the boat, you'll also get free drinks, fruit, and snacks. It's a great deal!
The pick-up service starts at 7:30 AM, we board the boat at 9 AM, and we drop you off at your accommodation around 5 PM. It's a great value for the price.
At the various islands the tour stops at, staff will be on standby at various points to take photos for tourists.
This is a great way for solo backpackers, right? 😂
And their photography skills are incredibly professional.
But be sure to bring water along for the walk up to
Pha Chan Charat Viewpoint, which is about 550 meters away. But!!!!
It was a continuous climb up stairs, and I was already dizzy! 555
I got dizzy as I neared the top of the viewpoint, so I quickly sat down to rest.
I was dizzy, so I continued because I really wanted to get some photos! 5555
But it was worth it! 🤣
