Baan Talay is a cafe and restaurant on a hillside by the sea on Koh Tao. The most notable feature is the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view. The menu here has both simple Thai food such as fried shrimp with shrimp cakes, fried mackerel rice, green chicken curry, and refreshing drinks such as fruit smoothies, Aloha Smoothie, and Holiday Smoothie, which are both delicious and decorated cutely. The price is around 100–250 baht, which is worth the view and quality.

The shop is decorated in a simple, friendly style, like hanging out at a friend's house by the sea. There are both indoor and outdoor areas with wooden and stone tables.
