Kolkata – the City of Joy – welcomed me with open arms, soulful street music, and the rich aroma of chai on every corner. Over 5 unforgettable days, I explored its colonial charm, vibrant culture, and warm-hearted people.
From the majestic Victoria Memorial to the colorful chaos of New Market, every place had its own rhythm. I strolled along the Hooghly River, tasted legendary sweets like rosogolla and mishti doi, and soaked in history at Indian Museum. The evenings were for art, adda, and the magical glow of Howrah Bridge.

Kolkata isn’t just a city – it’s a feeling. And these five days? Pure poetry.
