I went to "Cafe Garo" in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture (((((((っ･ω･)っ

A Komagane sauce cutlet bowl restaurant that appeared briefly in "Laid-Back Camp" ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
It was very popular, and I waited about an hour (；-_-)

I ordered a #sauce cutlet bowl (o･ω-人)

I was surprised when the sauce cutlet bowl was brought to me Σ( °-° )Wow
The cabbage is on top of the rice, and four sauce cutlets stand tall on top of it ♡Kyaa (∀〃(〃∀)Kyaaa♡
The lid is already closed

Apparently there are two bowls of rice.
The large portion is four bowls, so I ordered the regular portion (；-_-)

The sauce has soaked in and the meat is tender ✿ﾟ❀.(*´▽`*)❀.ﾟ✿

Cabbage with extra sauce And I let the rice soak up the sauce thoroughly before eating ŧ‹”(๑'ڡ'๑)୨"ŧ‹

The pork cutlet here is made from fillet meat, not loin, so it's light and goes well with the sauce d(＞∀＜)b

Fillet meat is healthy, so it's totally fine to just eat that (★`>ω<)ノ (this is just my personal opinion lol)
