OMG! Finally got to taste this authentic flavor in Korla!
Authentic Sichuan and Chongqing hotpot, you can tell it will taste great just by looking at the thick soup base! It tastes exactly the same as what I had in Chengdu! ! !

The dragon shells are all cut and ordered, and are visibly fresh! The iceberg beef is dipped in the rich red oil pan, and the fragrance spreads in your mouth after you take a bite! Gongcai tripe braids! Braid together! It tastes crispy and refreshing! So addictive! There are also various handmade dishes that are delicious!

This is the first time I’ve eaten the special yogurt rice dumplings! The glutinous texture is simply irresistible! The taro crisps are filled with meat floss + seaweed + taro paste! ! It’s crispy and really delicious! There are also various desserts and special drinks, all of which are superb 👍🏻
