Even if the temperature outside is 30 degrees Celsius, people still enjoy their Bak Kut Teh in the non-air-conditioned restaurant. The spare ribs were cooked very well, and the soup had a sweet medicinal taste. In addition, we ordered pork kidneys, which were very crispy and chewy, and the soup had a strong ginger taste.
