Souled Out is located outside of Imago Mall.
It's a place that mainly sells Western food such as steak and pasta.
They have a happy hour from 12 to 7, so they sell some alcoholic beverages at very cheap prices.
I went there because I was craving steak and lamb, and it was the most delicious meat I've had in Kota Kinabalu.
Other places just sell chicken, so I don't have a chance to eat beef, but if you miss it, I think you should visit.
I ordered a cocktail as a signature menu, and it was refreshing and delicious :-)
