✔️ Rooms: I stayed in the Kinabalu Wing Mountain View Room. The view of the green mountains from the room was stunning, and I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning while taking in the scenery. The spacious and clean room made my stay very satisfying.

✔️ Facilities: The resort has everything from restaurants, bars, swimming pools, to a spa, so you can have a full day without leaving the premises. I especially remember the cocktail I had while watching the sunset at the Sunset Bar. The combination of the sunset and the sea view was pure healing.

✔️ Christmas Atmosphere: When I visited, the hotel was decorated with a Christmas theme, with a large tree and sparkling decorations in the lobby. The cafes and restaurants played Christmas music, giving a perfect year-end vibe. Many people took photos in front of the lit Christmas tree at night, and I also made unforgettable memories!

✔️ Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. They promptly addressed any requests, making my stay very comfortable.
