One of my favourite meals in Kota Kinabalu was this king oyster mushroom taco set. The mushrooms were grilled beautifully, giving off a smoky aroma and chewy texture that mimicked meat so well. Each bite had crunch, freshness, and just enough spice to keep things exciting.

I sipped on an iced Americano while enjoying the cozy and minimalist ambiance of the café. It was the kind of place where you could chill for hours with a good book or just people-watch. Highly recommend for veggie lovers or anyone curious to try something new.
