With a long history, Kowloon City has always been known as "Little Thailand" and "Little Chaozhou." Walking through its streets and alleys, you’ll find numerous shops featuring Chaozhou and Thai specialties. The Chaozhou grocery stores that have stood for over half a century and the distinctive Thai restaurants have attracted many visitors over the years.

😋 Thai Fat Thai Restaurant 🇹🇭
If you’re in Kowloon City, there’s no reason not to eat Thai food. Kowloon City’s Thai cuisine is famous and authentic, no need for me to say more! I’m not sure which restaurant is the best, but my personal favorite is Thai Fat Thai Restaurant. Their Thai-style raw shrimp is my top pick and a must-try when eating Thai food. Each plate has six raw shrimps, so delicious you can’t stop eating. One plate is never enough, and they also serve six fried shrimp heads.
The Thai-style century egg stuffed shrimp cake might not be available at every Thai restaurant, so if you haven’t tried it before, you definitely should. You wouldn’t expect century egg and shrimp cake to go so well together. Also, the pineapple seafood fried rice is delicious—remember to eat it with pork floss and cashews for the best taste!
