Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam

Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam is the name of a short canal about 5 kilometers long. Its source is a spring on Khao Chong Phra Kaew. The end of the canal flows into the Andaman Sea. When the tide is low, fresh water from the canal flows into the sea, turning the canal into a freshwater canal. The water in the canal is as clear as a mirror, a greenish-blue color, and very beautiful to look at. When the tide is high, seawater flows into the canal, turning the canal into salty and brackish water, and the water becomes murky. Sea fish swim into the canal to find food. Inside Tha Pom Khlong Song Nam, there is a 700-meter long bridge for nature study. On both sides of the path are rainforests, freshwater peat swamps, and mangrove forests. It is a circular path. It is a very beautiful and unseen tourist attraction in Krabi. It is another secret place to visit.
