Temple of Sari Salltikut is a temple in Krujë. It is now a very secret tourist attraction. The temple was built to commemorate the Bektash priest Sari Saltik. It is said that Sari Saltik set foot in Krujë in the 14th century and left his footprints. In 1967, the communist regime destroyed the temple and religious relics throughout Albania. The temple was rebuilt in 1991.

This time we signed up for a one-day tour in Krujë. We started from the capital Tirana and drove to Krujë🚗. We were led by a professional tour guide to the temple. From the parking lot, we had to go up and down a steep staircase. We needed to be careful with our steps. There were some explanations and pictures in the temple.
