Having a short getaway in Kuala Lumpur and booked the stay in Scarletz Suite. Initially, reason being for choosing this hotel as it is one of the cheapest stay near KLCC area + this is a hotel that just started last year. However, it really surprise me that they do really show the utmost sincerity in this hospitality industry by giving the best to the guests.

Here’s some highlights that I would give a full stars to them:

- Front Desk staffs are patient and friendly just like the other 5 star hotels.

- Spacious room comes with panoramic city view (you may see the KL Tower from afar) and full kitchenette and toiletries. A credit to the housekeeping that the room is super duper clean even there’s a cooking area.

- Cuckoo is prepared inside the room so you dont even have to request the water from the staff or buy the water on your own!!! To be honest, this is the best hotel I stay that come with a water cooler. Not outside in the corridor but inside my own private room.

- Free Netflix. I thought I have to use my own account to log in but it is NOT, it just FREE for everyone 😱😱

- Huge swimming pool. I would not say that it is an olympic size but it is indeed huge especially this is in city centre. Hardly to get a hotel with huge swimming pool as most of the hotels are for business purposes but here it is!! Especially it is in the rooftop and facing to the KL tower view making a good place to take multi-millions of photos.

- Original parking fee is MAX RM 100 in the building but it can be validated through the auto machine in the lobby to get the special rate at RM 5 per entry per day only.

- Business centre available with facilities prepared for the guests to chill OR study. Right opposite there’s a music lounge to chill as well but reservation in advanced is needed.

- My room comes with 2 air-cond and a hanging fan!!!! This is crazy 😱😱😱😱
