I might argue that this is the cafe that can represent Chinese Malaysian in 1960’s. The interior design, and the plants in the premise, just echoes with that Nanyang Chinese vibe.
But interestingly, the food served are closer to Western style, probably because it’s in the Chinatown, which attracts most tourists from overseas. Not exactly a fan for the food (probably because the price-performance ratio is not high enough), but the coffee is definitely worth my money.
