Cititel Hotel Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur

I have been staying at Cititel Hotel Mid Valley since I was small, and over the years, it has become like a second home to me. What keeps me coming back is not only the comfort of the hotel but also the consistency in their service.

Location
The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable—right in Mid Valley City, directly connected to Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall. It makes shopping, dining, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. For travelers, the accessibility to public transport and main highways is a huge plus.


Rooms & Comfort
The rooms may not be the most luxurious in town, but they are clean, well-maintained, and cozy. For someone like me who has been staying here over the years, the familiar comfort is reassuring. The beds are comfortable, and the city views from the higher floors are always a nice bonus.

Service & Staff
One of the main reasons I continue to stay here is the staff. From check-in to housekeeping, the service has always been warm, friendly, and reliable. They really make long-time guests feel valued and welcomed.
