This hotel in Kuala Lumpur is absolutely amazing! From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be wowed by its luxurious ambiance. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite, and the room was stunning—classic yet elegant. It reminded me a bit of the style of Westin hotels. The room was newly renovated, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable to stay in.

I have to rave about their breakfast! The variety is incredible, offering Malay, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisines, and every single dish was delicious with top-notch quality. This is hands down the best breakfast I've had in Kuala Lumpur!

But what impressed me the most was the service. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and worked efficiently. When we went out for breakfast in the morning, the room was already cleaned by the time we returned. In the afternoon, we thought there wouldn't be any more service, but to our surprise, when we came back in the evening, they had even prepared turndown service for us!

This level of thoughtfulness truly warms the heart. Overall, my stay was so wonderful that I can't wait to come back again next time!
