Today, I'm recommending a Malaysian Chinese breakfast. ICC Pudu is a must-visit in Kuala Lumpur, also in the city center. It's only around 10 bucks by Grab.

Ginger Eggnog Rice Noodles
This ginger rice noodles are a top choice for breakfast early in the morning. It's absolutely perfect. It has a subtle aroma of alcohol, very similar to Kinmen noodles. A bowl filled with meat and fresh shrimp. Every bite warms you up.

Kuan Kee Fried Rice Cakes
These fried rice cakes are incredibly sticky and delicious. Ordering rice cakes gives you a three-in-one (rice cake, sweet potato, and taro). The owner doesn't open until 8:30, so you can grab something else first. Finally, have dessert. I could easily finish several by myself.

Ah Fu Rice Noodle Rolls with Stuffed Tofu
The various vegetables, tofu, and fried eggplant are must-orders. Rice noodle rolls are also a must-order, paired with their signature sauce. Don't hesitate; there are three sauces available. Just ask the owner for a mix, and it's guaranteed to be delicious. The sauces are incredibly delicious when wrapped in bean buns.
