Ambiance/Facilities - It's open to public, and have a great accommodation in terms of locker, air-conditioned, lift, desktop and other facilities. And they have pantry also to make some drinks. I did discover the second level only, if I'm not mistaken.

Highlights - Love the view, since we could see the Dataran Merdeka and historical building around it. and also the sight of field.
