KL Forest Eco Park is the most pristine forest in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. Its translations into English, Malay and Chinese are very clever and really reflect the loveliness of Malaysia’s diverse ethnic groups. If the name given to this forest during the British colonial period is translated into Chinese, it is: KL Forest Eco Park - Kuala Lumpur Ecological Forest Park; if the Malay name is translated into Chinese, it is: Bukit Nanas - Pineapple Mountain, Pineapple Mountain or Yellow Pear Mountain; and in Chinese, it is called Coffee Mountain.
