The best modern art museum in Malaysia with a focus on Malaysian artists. The downside to living in SE Asia is the complete absence of good fine art museums. This national museum is as good as it gets over here. Although it doesn’t have world-famous arts, and B-class compared to big museums around the world, I can feel the team and government is doing the best they can, probably with (very) limited funding!
