Mt. Serapi: For This Sunrise, I Was Willing to Start at Dawn

📍Kubah National Park, Mt. Serapi, Kuching

At 3 a.m., the mountain trail was silent. Accompanied by the sound of footsteps and chirping insects, and guided by the beam of a flashlight, we moved forward toward the sunrise. When the sky gradually brightened and the clouds were bathed in golden light—that moment made everything worthwhile.

🌿 Along the way, we were surrounded by pristine forests, with stunning tiered waterfalls hidden within.
🌅 From the summit, the view was a breathtaking blend of forests, coastlines, and morning mist.
🍃 With every step, it felt like leaving all worries beneath the clouds.

This Mt. Serapi sunrise hike was more than just climbing a mountain—it felt like reconnecting with the world and myself.
