Daisekirinzan National Park
Admission: Adults 2,500 yen
Children 1,000 yen
Free admission for those over 70.
Opening hours: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Daisekirinyama is a popular tourist destination for Japanese tourists. Besides experiencing the natural beauty, you can also book guided tours. However, if you don't have a guided tour, follow the map and follow the instructions. You can also understand the fascinating features of the magnificent rock forest by referring to the nearby guide. If you're traveling with young children or the elderly and are less inclined to walk, you can take the park's electric carts. However, due to the scenic scenery along the way, consider following the numbered signs for the return route (remember to bring water and a towel). Also, because the park is large and Okinawa's weather can be unpredictable, it's recommended to arrive early. After the hike, you can enjoy a meal at the concession stand (highly recommend the pizza; it's delicious and affordable). P.S. There are many animal-shaped rocks within the park. Don't read the signs first; just observe and experience them first, letting your creativity and imagination run wild (my children even completed the entire route thanks to this activity). Daisekirinyama is definitely worth a visit; the scenery and atmosphere are well worth the price! #Okinawa #Daisekirinyama #Kunigami-son
