Non-stop Shopping at Resort like Outlet

Rinku Premium Outlets are located just opposite Kansai Airport. The best place to shop before or after your flight. I went shopping on the first day of my trip. Just take the train and alight one stop from Kansai Airport. It takes around 10mins to reach Rinku Town Station. I store my luggage bag at the coin locker located in Rinku Town station and off for my shopping trip!

You will see the Ferris Wheel once you exit the station, walk straight towards the Wheel direction and you will reach Rinku Premium Outlets. I suggest you search for your desired brands on their website beforehand, and head straight to those stores because the area is big with lots of shops separated into East and West side.

Most shops are tax free if you are a visitor, just present your passport at the cashier counter. I spent more than 4 hours shopping there.
