Tour of Jiangnan Water Village - Bacheng Old Street

➡️Among the many famous old streets and ancient towns in Suzhou, Bacheng Old Street is quite low-key.
➡️Bacheng Old Street is located on the shore of Bacheng Lake in the northeast of Yangcheng Lake. Its predecessor, Bacheng Market, was formed in the Song Dynasty. The current Bacheng Old Street was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is about 200 meters long and narrow, only allowing three people to pass side by side. It is said to have a "line of skylight".
