A hidden hot spring town treasured by Japanese locals, it's truly stunning!

📍Location: Kusatsu, Japan, a hot spring town consecutively ranked first in the "Top 100 Hot Springs in Japan," offering a full-on hot spring experience!

🚗Transportation:

- From Tokyo, you can choose the Shinkansen + bus option. First, take the Shinkansen to Karuizawa, then transfer to a bus to Kusatsu Onsen. The whole journey takes about 3 hours.
- You can also take a highway bus directly to Kusatsu Onsen, which takes 3–4 hours.

🏡Accommodation:
We recommend choosing a hot spring hotel. Many hotels have private hot springs, and with a one-night stay and two meals, you can also enjoy delicious Kaiseki cuisine. We recommend "Kusatsu Onsen Bouyun," which has spacious rooms and excellent hot spring water quality.

🌟Must-see attractions:
Yubatake: One of the sources of Kusatsu Onsen, it constantly emits white smoke and is filled with the smell of sulfur. The footbath pavilion next to it is open 24 hours a day for free, and you can also buy the unique hot spring crystals "Yunohana."
Sai-no-Kawara Street: A hot spring shopping street with various Japanese snacks and souvenirs. Walking on the street is like traveling back to ancient Japan.
Sai-no-Kawara Park: The park has beautiful landscaping and is also one of the sources of the hot springs. The hot springs gushing around emit white smoke, creating a fairyland-like scene when it snows.

♨Hot spring recommendations:
Otakinoyu: A large public bath in the city where you can experience the "Awaseyu" bathing method, gradually moving from a warm pool to a hot pool.
Gozanoyu: The spring water comes from both Bandai and Yubatake, satisfying your experience of two different water qualities at once.
Sai-no-Kawara Open-Air Bath: The largest open-air bath in Kusatsu, enjoy hot springs in nature, especially atmospheric on snowy days.

🍜Food:
Onsen Manju: A must-try! The outer layer is soft, and the filling is sweet.
Wagashi: Various exquisite Wagashi, both beautiful and delicious.
Soba Noodles: The local soba noodles have a chewy texture. Paired with onsen eggs and duck meat, they are amazing!

⚠️Tips:

1. Be careful not to splash the hot spring water into your eyes while bathing. If you accidentally splash it in, rinse immediately with clean water.
2. Prepare cash, as some small shops may not accept credit cards.

Friends, come and experience this beautiful hot spring journey in Kusatsu! 🥰
