It's an observation deck where you can see the Kushiro Marsh from a high vantage point and take a stroll

The first floor is free to enter, and there seem to be shops and restaurants.

Exhibitions from the second floor are paid exhibitions.

From the observation room on the third floor and the rooftop

you can get a panoramic view of the Kushiro Marsh and Kushiro city!

It's a hidden gem, and there aren't many tourists, or rather, when I visited this time, there was no one there except me, so I recommend it!
