First of all, the appetizers are so luxurious that they grab your heart ❤️
Raw scallops, salmon, marinated mackerel, tempura!

I thought "uniwasa" meant sea urchin and wasabi, but it was sea urchin chicken breast. lol

The unexpectedly delicious chicken skin buried in grated daikon radish,
and the large skewers are also reasonably priced,
and the beer mugs are ice cold 🍺

It's about 300km from Sapporo to Kushiro.
We arrived in Kushiro in a rental car in 5 hours 🚗
