Visited this well-regarded soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant located in Kushiro, Hokkaido, and it was such a beautiful and charming restaurant! The establishment is known for its traditional Japanese ambiance and a diverse menu that caters to various preferences. Love that they incorporated traditional Japanese tatami seatings and private seatings for groups of visiting patrons. The ambiance was rather calm and zen, love the windows overlooking the scenery outside. We had their warm soba noodle set which was served with side dishes and tempura. Soba noodles was cooked to perfection, of the right chewiness! Plenty of parking spaces are available on site, so no worries if you’re driving there. Given its popularity, especially among tourists exploring Kushiro's attractions, it's advisable to check the restaurant's current operating hours and consider visiting during off-peak times to avoid crowds.
