Surrounded by the magnificent nature of Niseko, I participated in a kids cooking class at Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO, where children can experience making authentic Chinese dim sum under the guidance of professional chefs.

Children are provided with adorable chef hats and aprons, transforming them into little chefs! Watching them wrap and steam with such dedication is truly heartwarming for parents.

The fillings are made with undeniably delicious ingredients, and the best part is that participants can enjoy their freshly made creations on the spot.

The class is held every Friday from June 6th (Friday) to October 31st (Friday), from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (approximately 1 hour).

Reservations must be made by 8:00 PM the day before the class. The fee is 5,500 yen per child (tax included, service charge excluded), with a special price of 1,500 yen (tax and service charge included) for elementary school students residing in Kutchan Town.

The class is open to children aged 6 to 14 (must be accompanied by a guardian, up to 2 guardians allowed).

Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing and sneakers that can get dirty are recommended. Chef hats and aprons will be provided. The class has a maximum capacity of 10 participants.
