[Kyoto, Shijo] Photogenic and cute sweets at Ladurée Kyoto Shijo store

I went to the cafe "LADUREE Kyoto Shijo" in Shijo, Kyoto.

Ladurée Kyoto is the first shop in Paris, a long-established patisserie famous for its colorful macarons. The second and third floors are cafe spaces where you can enjoy photogenic sweets.

▼Fraise Ladurée 1,331 yen
Coconut-flavored dacquoise biscuit dough, strawberry mousse cream, strawberry confit. A cute-looking cake in the shape of a strawberry.

▼Saint-Honoré Rose Framboise 1,210 yen
Cream puff and puff pastry with rose-scented cream and raspberry compote. A seasonal cake.

▼Shortcake Melon 1,452 yen
Sagenoise dough with melon-flavored crème chantilly. A flavorful cake with the juiciness of melon.

▼The a la Violette 1,364 yen
Chinese green tea blended with violet petals and essence. The scent of violets and the refreshing taste of green tea spread in your mouth.

Sandwiches are only available at this store, and the afternoon tea seems to be the most popular. There are not only sweets but also light meals, and you can enjoy a variety of food and drinks.
