The Skyway (aerial route) of Kyoto Station Building is open from 10:00. I entered from Kyoto Ramen Koji on the 10th floor of Isetan. My impression was that it was scary. I tried it out of curiosity, but only crossed a part of it. It was a passage for people who are good with high places.
