As its name suggests, the Arashiyama-Takao Driveway is a 10.7km long driveway connecting Arashiyama and Takao. Since it's a car trip, you can enjoy a drive with your pet. It's a toll road, so you pay at the entrance to enter. Ogurayama Cafe, located near the Arashiyama-Kiyotakiguchi Gate, is a pet-friendly cafe with terrace seating.

Orders are placed inside the cafe (using an automatic ticket machine), so you'll need to be creative and have your companion and pet wait outside. However, this is a recommended cafe where you can spend time with your pet while enjoying the spectacular view.
