Bishamon-do and Yamashina Shoten in Yamashina, Kyoto

Bishamon-do Temple, the Red Carpet Temple🍁
in Kyoto is a temple that has no tours and not many people. The peak of the autumn leaves here is
beautiful. On the day the leaves start to fall on the ground
the path up to the temple will be as beautiful as a red carpet.
From what I've read, it says that the morning after a rainy night
will increase the chance of seeing it even more. Most importantly,
you have to wake up and come early before the monks sweep
all the leaves away 😂😂
In addition to the beautiful autumn leaves, this place
is also famous for good fortune because
it is a temple with one of the Seven Gods of
Good Fortune here. Must-visit for those who believe in superstition!!💸💸

🚈 Travel: Take the train and get off at
Yamashina Station (Tozai subway line)
or Keihan Yamashina Station
(Keihan Keishin line). On the way to the temple, I recommend
taking a taxi for 7-800 yen. On the way back,
you can walk to the station for about 15 minutes.
