[Kyoto] Kagan Hotel: An artistic hotel located in Umekoji

I went to the art hotel "KAGAN HOTEL" located in Ura-Umekoji. ✨️

This time, I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. 📝

Kashi Hotel is an art hotel where young artists live and create art day and night.
In addition to the hotel, it's a complex that also includes a gallery, studio, hostel, and artist sharehouse.

Artworks were also on display in the basement. 🎨
What surprised me was the silent room.
I wasn't able to take a photo, but there was also a fully secured silent room that could be used for streaming or concentrating!
There were also plenty of books available, and you could take them with you to your room.

The rooms on the 5th floor have stylish exposed concrete.

You can choose your favorite art to display in your room.

It's so beautiful!

There's a sofa, but I recommend lounging on the floor. ☺️
It was a relaxing space, just like at home!
You can watch Amazon Prime on the TV, so we wrapped ourselves up in a blanket and enjoyed a movie night. 🎥

The room I stayed in this time only had a shower room without a bathtub.
Apparently, there are rooms with bathtubs, so be sure to request one. 🙋♀️

The amenities were well-stocked, from the basics to makeup remover, face wash, and lotion. 🙆♀️
Coffee and water were also provided.
There was a small kitchen, so you could use the microwave and boil water!

It's a little chilly in the winter because it's concrete, but there's even a heater and a stove, so it's a relief! ✨️

Everything is stylish, and as an art lover like me, it was a very exciting space. 💕
I also really liked the room, so I'd love to return. ☺️
