[Kyoto Prefecture] A must-see for rabbit lovers! Okazaki Shrine with its cute rabbits

I visited Okazaki Shrine, a shrine filled with rabbits that look great on social media. I couldn't stop taking photos of the rabbits scattered around the shrine grounds, whose expressions seemed to change depending on the angle. In the past, the shrine grounds and the surrounding area were home to wild rabbits, and it has long been said that rabbits are messengers of the local deity.
Okazaki Shrine is worshiped as a god of fertility, as the enshrined deity is blessed with children and rabbits are prolific.
