The rock oysters are delicious oysters from Maizuru, and there are also large oysters in the gratin

The rare fried bonito is also crispy and packed with flavor, it's the best🤤

Ichibo meat x sea urchin. Apparently yukke is made with sea urchin instead of eggs...It's such a good match that you'll want to eat it again and again

Shirasu rice. Shirasu with a strong flavor on steamy rice✨☺️ It was the best way to finish off the meal 🤍
