Starbucks Coffee - Kyoto Nineizaka Yasaka Chaya

A Starbucks that blends seamlessly into the beautiful surroundings of this part of Kyoto, that leads to the Kiyomizudera.

You get to sit on tatami mats upstairs but you need to be quick, there are limited seatings. Inside the building it’s quite dark but it’s part of the beauty of it. Ordering is at the front of the building and collecting is at the back.

Air con was greatly appreciated considering it was so hot out the day we visited! Impeccable service as expected in Japan. Would definitely recommend!
