Matcha strength ranges from 1 to 7, with 7 being the world's strongest.

When I visited in July, they had the seasonal new tea and salted caramel.

There are four sizes:
S (Single)
W (Double)
T (Triple)
P (Parfait)
The parfait is photogenic and highly recommended!
They also sell tea bags and easy-to-brew matcha shakers, and deliver gelato by mail, so you can pick up some souvenirs while you're taking a break.
