If you want to feel the real Japan, go to “Kyoto”

📍 Fushimi Inari Shrine

Fushimi Inari Shrine is a fox shrine in Kyoto famous for its endless rows of red torii gates 🙌🏻

This place became even more famous because of the scene in the movie “Memoirs of a Geisha” where a child actor runs down the torii gates.

There are many places and structures where you can feel the Japanese atmosphere throughout Fushimi Inari Shrine, and if you visit in the summer, you can see scenery that looks like something out of a Ghibli movie 🌿

Of all the places at Fushimi Inari Shrine, I liked the red torii gates the most! Because as I passed the endless red torii, I felt like I was the main character in a Ghibli movie 😶 Also, as you pass by the torii, you can see that the color of the torii becomes darker 👍🏻

If you come to Kyoto, be sure to visit Fushimi Inari Shrine 🙇🏼‍♀️
