Kyoto Aquarium Summer Jellyfish Wind Chimes

Starting in 2021, Kyoto Aquarium is hosting a limited-time event showcasing the diverse and fascinating jellyfish.

"Jellyfish, Umbrellas, and Wind Chimes" is a special event.

This event features approximately 170 handmade jellyfish-inspired wind chimes and beautiful Kyoto umbrellas decorated with jellyfish, allowing you to enjoy the coolness of Kyoto's summer.

Held annually from May to September.

Enjoy the swaying jellyfish and the refreshing sounds of the wind chimes during the hot Kyoto summer.

Kyoto Aquarium is also known for its giant salamanders!
Kyoto Aquarium is the only place where you can enjoy giant salamanders through a wide variety of merchandise, including the giant salamander portable shrine exhibit, limited-time exhibits, sweets at the aquarium cafe, and stuffed toys!
