Kodai-ji Temple, a Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, Japan.

The temple was founded in 1606 by Nene, the wife of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, in memory of her late husband.

Kodai-ji is famous for its beautiful garden, designed by Kobori Enshu, and is a designated National Scenic Spot.

The temple contains a mausoleum containing wooden statues of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Nene.

The temple is located in the Higashiyama district of Kyoto and is part of the Rinzai sect.
