This restaurant and bar on the first floor of node hotel has renewed its lunch menu starting in September! 😍🙌

With a "Farm to Table" theme, the menu features locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. 🥰🥗

✔︎ Today's special pasta is sanma (Pacific saury) and tomato pasta topped with a foamy cheese ✨
Apparently, this pasta was inspired by the upcoming art exhibition. 🎨
The combination of the generous amount of seasonal sanma, the tartness of the tomatoes, and the richness of the cheese was delicious! 🤤

✔︎ Today's specially selected fresh fish dishes include
fresh pan-fried sea bream and seared conger eel ✨
Served with a generous amount of white miso and wine sauce 🤭
A mellow sauce with the sweetness of miso 💯✨

✔︎ The tender, coarsely ground Wagyu beef hamburger steak
can be ordered with the chef's recommended cheese (+¥200) 🧀
A thick, coarsely ground hamburger steak with a rich demi-glace sauce ✨
The runny yolk is absolutely delicious!!
It goes perfectly with rice, and even dipped in bread! 🤤

All dishes come with salad and soup ✨
Rice or bread is also available with the fish dishes and hamburger steak 🥰🥐

The salad is so gorgeous you'd never guess it was a set menu 😳
It even comes with edible flowers, which are super cute 🥗✨

The rice is Kyoto-grown Koshihikari!
The bread is from Croix Rousse, a shop near the hotel that has long lines!
They're also very particular about their bread and rice! 🥰

Even though it was a Saturday, lunch reservations were fully booked. 😳
So it's best to make a reservation. 🙌

The location is great, close to Karasuma Station.

It was also nice to be able to relax. ☺️
In addition to lunch, they also serve cafe and dinner options. 🥰
