The Sila River Reservoir was built in 2006 to store water for the Yinzidu Hydropower Station for west-to-east power transmission , forming a water area of ​​about 17.9 square kilometers, a reservoir capacity of 500 million cubic meters, an installed capacity of 360,000 kilowatts, and a reservoir length of 27 kilometers, creating a magnificent high-gorge and flat lake scenery.
