Kiyomizu-dera (Kiyomizu-dera) is such a famous place that it is considered a must-visit course for Kyoto travelers.

It is also close to Hokanji and Sannenzaka Ninenzaka.
However, since you can see the scenery of Kyoto at a glance from around Kiyomizu-dera, it also serves as an observation deck.
You can see all the way to Kyoto Tower, but it is always crowded, so if you don't like crowds, I recommend coming early in the morning.
There is an admission fee for the main hall, but there is no admission fee to enter the front of Kiyomizu-dera, so it is easy to stop by!
