In the fast-paced urban life, family time is often fragmented. Qixiu Hotel, with its unique "Seven Cultivation" wellness concept of virtue, diet, exercise, reading, fragrance, music, and flowers, creates a wellness paradise for families of all ages. It's not just a place for physical relaxation, but also a place to connect with loved ones.

Our family stayed in a four-bedroom suite in the Zhonghe Mansion. Stepping into the room felt like entering a traditional courtyard house, with elegant Chinese decor. Each corner housed a tatami room with its own bathroom, complete with a bathtub, separate shower, and all necessary amenities. The central area was perfect for gathering and enjoying tea and conversation, ideal for our family trip!

At Qixiu Hotel, wellness is not a solitary pursuit, but a shared experience of family happiness.
Fragrance Cultivation:
Making sachets, from grinding the ingredients to filling the pouches, was an immersive and ritualistic experience.
We made rose-scented essential oil soaps, from melting and diluting to demolding. We loved holding the beautiful handmade soaps in our hands!
Music Cultivation: Guqin, singing bowls, handpans... various small instruments, both familiar and unfamiliar, kept both adults and children entertained.
Diet Cultivation: This included tea ceremonies, wine tasting, and various health-conscious meals.
The breakfast deserves special mention. The Chinese wellness-themed spread was truly delightful, with pancakes, rou jia mo, tofu pudding, herbal tea, stir-fries, and fruit – the variety was incredible!

Exercise Cultivation: Morning and evening sessions of Baduanjin exercises provided opportunities to stay active and fit with the instructor.

You can also attend a wellness class at the Qixiu Academy on the fifth floor. In short, Qixiu's rich wellness activities offer something for everyone.

Every brick, every plant here speaks to the essence of a healthy life. The warm interactions with family made this wellness trip a truly cherished memory.
