The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

This is one of the best resorts that I have ever stayed at. The staffs at the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi provided a magnificent customer experience. The check-in was relatively quick and the staffs were helpful in showing the facilities available at the resort. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and there was just an incredible sense of calm (likely due to the fact that the resort is "surrounded" by a rainforest). The afternoon tea at the Horizon Bar was excellent and I had a wonderful time enjoying the adults-only pool at the Horizon, especially during the sunset (just a magical experience). The staffs at the Horizon Bar, the Beach Grill, and the Langkawi Kitchen went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for the guests. The breakfast at the Langkawi Kitchen was marvellous. The only regret that I had was that I did not had the opportunity to try the Spa at Ritz-Carlton Langkawi.
