Recently, I haven't been sleeping well and have been searching everywhere for resorts. The Ritz in Langkawi has excellent hardware and is close to the airport. The rooms are super spacious but still cost over 2000.
The breakfast was a surprise. The à la carte items were extremely delicious; it's been a long time since I had such a perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict. Every single à la carte item was tasty, while the semi-buffet items you pick yourself were just average.
The croissants at the Ritz-Carlton were great.
