A Stunning Hotel in an Ideal Location

The hotel is stunning, with the reception area's lofty ceilings offering a grand welcome reminiscent of entering a palace! The colonial style is evident throughout. The room was well equipped, boasting views over the pool and sea, with islands scattered in the bay. The bed was cozy, with a choice of pillows in the room and additional options from housekeeping. The gardens are well tended, and the pool is sizable, plus there's a separate children's pool. The restaurants offered delicious food with portions that were large enough for us. There are three dining options for the evening: Planters (Western and Asian), The Terrace (Italian), and Straits & Co (Malay). During the day, the pool bar served food. The staff were all amiable and eager to converse or share info about Langkawi. For exploring, everything is within a 30-40 minute distance. There’s no public transport, but Grab taxis are abundant and arrive swiftly. Kudos to everyone at the Danna for a memorable vacation.
