Take a ferry to start a unique journey to Zhuangjiaba, Langzhong.

After visiting Tengwang Pavilion in Langzhong, I found a ferry parked at the Tengwang Pavilion Pier at Shaxi Ferry on the riverside. Upon asking, I learned that I could cross the river directly. The ticket price per person was only 2 yuan, and I could return at any time. So we had this unexpected trip to Zhuangjiaba by ferry, and I must share it with you all! 😜

📍The location of Shaxi Ferry is very good, just at the junction of Zhangfei North and Langshui West Road, from the big archway of Langzhong Ancient City to the riverside at the foot of Tengwang Pavilion Mountain. When you get there, you can see a ferry docked on the shore. (Figure 2)

When you step onto the ferry, there are people selling tickets and both vehicles and motors can get on board. As the ferry slowly left the shore, ripples appeared on both sides of the river, sparkling and particularly beautiful✨. The river breeze gently blows across your face, bringing a hint of coolness, but also makes people feel particularly refreshed and relaxed.

On the ferry, the view is super wide and you can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the river. The mountains in the distance are rolling, and under the sunlight, they outline beautiful contours. [Mountain]

It wasn't long before we reached the other side.

As soon as we got ashore, it felt like we had stepped into a peaceful and simple paradise. There was a 76-year-old grandma on the same boat who was returning home after selling vegetables in the ancient city. [Leaf][Scenic]Walking along the country road, the ground is soft and the air is filled with fresh air. The vegetable fields are full of life and there are many fruit trees in the village. The villagers here are very hospitable. Just chatting with them for a few minutes, you can feel the strong rural friendship and warmth.
