After leaving the Qianbulgak Pavilion of Wuchuanshan, slowly walk down the long corridor to the east to reach Zhaotai and Baguatai. This is located above Donglonggu, and Mengcheon flows below. Looking up, you can see the waterfall pouring down from Donglonggu, and looking down, you can admire “Mengcheon,” the best of Wuchuan. “Meng” is one of the 64 hexagrams, with Gan above Gam, Gam means water, and Gan means mountain. The character “Meng” implies that there is danger under the mountain. Li Wen, a person from the Ming Dynasty, left a poem praising Mengcheon: “The merchant invited me to brew freshly picked tea leaves, and the water was drawn from the fifth spring in the mountain.” In front of the gate is a statue of Guo Jubing. In the square, there are street vendors playing ring toss. It is truly a large city square. Twenty years have passed, but there has been no significant change. What's unfortunate is that many of the old trees on the mountain have withered.
